Blakes Forge currently ships within the United Kingdom only.
Processing Times
All items are handmade and/or made to order. Processing times may vary depending on the nature of the item and current workload. Estimated lead times will be provided at the time of order or on the relevant product page.
Delivery
Once an order has been completed, it will be dispatched using an appropriate delivery service. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location and carrier performance.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Issues
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and assist.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure all delivery details are correct at the time of ordering. Blakes Forge cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
Standard (Non-Bespoke) Items
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for standard (non-bespoke) items within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must:

Be unused and in original condition

Be returned in suitable packaging

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Bespoke and Made-to-Order Items
Due to the custom and handmade nature of our work, bespoke or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where the item is faulty or not as described.
This is in accordance with Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which excludes personalised or custom-made goods from the right to cancel.
Faulty or Damaged Items
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within a reasonable time, including photographs where possible, and we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
